Machinery for panel cleaning
Every production requires a specific technology in order to obtain the best outcome. Choosing the correct technology to clean the panel we are going to work on is very important as the type of technology we choose for the gluing procedure. It makes the difference to reach the highest quality standards on the finished work. After many years of experience on the field, Bimas offers two groups designed for this important need, the first with a rotating brush and the second with an tangential brush. Choosing the different technologies is related to the type of product we want to obtain; many optional can be fitted on the machines to improve production, quality control or ergonomic needs in order to reach the producing excellence. Bimas offers the possibility to customize a machine with no limitations.
SPTA
This model of brusher is an all around machinery designed for highest standards of cleansing. Some of the characteristics are;
- Tangential brush according to the surface to be treated
- Repositioning system and wear regulator
- Brushes humidification
- Motorized rollers in stainless steel, coated to trail the panel
- Independent engines for brushes and trail
- Engine block for panel thickness
The machine can be customized with optional such as mechanical converter, electrical frequency converter, automatic lifter for the higher brush with a display, brushes for edge cleaning and wheels for tracks. The cleaning system can be fitted as optional on the motorized rollers.

SPPR
This type of brusher is designed for panels in particleboard plywood or multilayer. The rotation brushes allow to remove chippings or thick dust, the heavy structure permits to work on panels maximum 3 mt wide. The engine power of the brushes results three times more powerful. Brushes can be coated with many materials for cleansing or abrasion. The brushes supports are designed for an easy disassembly and following fitting back. Some of the characteristics are;
