Calendering Machinery - Press Roller
A machine placed at the end of the line of the spreader, that applies to the sandwich the correct pressure for a perfect bonding of the materials. Two types of machine in range, the first one with rollers and the second with a carpet. The model CR with two or four rollers; to be used for high quality panels and sandwich panels. The carpet machine, model C2TP is for soft materials such as sponges.
CR2
A simple machine for calendering designed to distribute forces through the rollers onto the sandwich panel. This machine is thought to speed up the pressing procedure and to substitute sometimes the press itself. The pneumatic pistons produce the correct pressure, the power is controllable. The rollers are coated in rubber with a dedicated hardness, two free rollers at the entrance and two at the exit are used as rest surface. The machine has a fixed speed and the upper reel can be lifted manually. The machine can fit various optional such as:

CR4
CR4 is a more performing machine than CR2, often used in Hot Melt field; this machine is also used to speed up pressing procedures, and can sometimes avoid the use of a press. It has two extra rollers than the CR2; thanks to the possibility to regulate the pressure of every pair of cylinders it is possible to control the strength of the pressure. The rollers are coated in rubber with a dedicated hardness, two free rollers at the entrance and two at the exit are used as rest surface. The machine has a fixed speed and the upper reel can be lifted manually. The machine can fit various optional such as:

C2TP
C2TP is a machine designed for soft materials sandwiches; this machine applies a constant pressure through the surfaces of the machine on the materials previously spread with adhesive. The machine has two levels, upper and lower, with calendaring rollers inside; the two surfaces are motorized and coated with a belt of PVC closed as a ring. The height of the upper level can be regulated and every level has an independent speed control. Like other machines C2TP can be enriched with many optional such as;
