Motorized rollers or discs and transmission belts are some of the solutions to bring efficiency to the production line.
VRF e VRM
The roller way, free and motorized are two machines designed as tools for the spreading procedure without adhesive. rollers can be in stainless steel or PVC coated when treating high quality panels. Mechanical or electrical converters can be fitted as optional on the rollers. The working surface is provided on request by the customer. The machinery fulfils CE requirements and standards. VDF e VDM
The disk way, free or motorized are two devices designed as tools for the spreading procedure with adhesive. Normally disks are in stainless steel. Mechanical or electrical converters can be fitted as optional. The working surface is provided on request by the customer. The machinery fulfils CE requirements and standards. NM
The motorized conveyor belt series NM, is a device that can be used as a working surface to assemble sandwiches of high quality panels. Fitted with other machineries it creates a complete workstation ergonomic and efficient (SCS). The material of the belt is chosen according to the production in mind. Mechanical or electrical converters can be fitted as optional on the rollers. The working surface is provided on request by the customer. The machinery fulfils CE requirements and standards. Green PVC carpet specifications below stated.

STR90
This machine is designed for better space usage in the production area. The machine through special devices can translate of 90 degrees the working surface. The machine has two paths with discs, one motorized in stainless steel and one free with PVC discs. The part with stainless steel motorized discs is at the final stage of the line before rotating the line, at the exit of the spreader. Thanks to the pneumatic system that drives the free discs, through a pedal, this lifts the path making the panel, with the adhesive on, slide to the following sections to realize the sandwich. Usually the NM machine is paired with the STR90 where the sandwich is finally made before going into the press. The machine is built according to CE requirements and standards.
